Mario Zinou did not choose somatic healing as a career path. He was born with a structural imbalance from neonatal surgery – 4cm shorter on one side, legs turned inward. At 28, a surfing accident left him partially paralysed with chronic spinal pain. Conventional medicine offered no lasting solution. What healed him was somatic work that didn’t treat the body – it educated it. That discovery launched a 25-year global pilgrimage across six continents, training in anatomy, osteopathic principles, trauma neuroscience, and hands-on somatic methods.
